Take It Easy is created by two people whom have had their fair share of mental health battles in the past and present. We wanted to start a movement and show others who are struggling with mental health, that they should not be ashamed and that they can wear their mental health with pride.

We aim to make mental health a priority one tee at a time. Let's end the stigma together!
